Setting Up Voicemail

cannot turn on voicemail, dialled all the numbers, tried to talk to an advisor but couldnt get through. im desperate need voicemail for my new job. if not sorted soon will quit vodafone for another network that voicemail works on. been on forum and it seems to have been a problem for ages and many people have complained.
