Sim Swap - Still not working

I collected my upgraded phone in store on Tuesday and they did a Sim Swap for me as my old phone is Micro Sim and the new phone is Nano sim.

It still wasnt working after 12 hours so I was chatting to an online adviser yesterday morning who said it was now all sorted. I then received an email from Vodafone shortly after saying that there is a problem because the new sim wasnt ordered on my account? (but I did it in store and then with the online advisor through my account so this doesnt make any sense).

Anyway, I needed to complete the form online and get a code sent to my old phone, which I then entered online and it stated it should take 2-24 hours to activate the sim swap.

 

However, after 24 hours later my new sim in my new phone still isnt working, can anyone assist me with this at all?
