Sim Swap

 Why after five days online, on the phone and in the shop is it impossible for Vodafone to achieve a sim swap across there own network. They can't even reply to my phone calls.

Is there anybody there?

Hi

Sometimes if a person reboots (turn off & On ) their phone this helps the phone connect back onto the network.

If not it could be that it's failed or the new SIM card is at fault somewhere.

If this is the case it will have to be carried out again.

Perhaps a Vodaphone store can help you.

Tried rebooting. Phone works with non blank sim but second blank sim fitted by Vodafone this morning is still not working No Service.

Ok.

I would suggest then you contact Vodaphone or pop into your local store for further assistance unless one of the Tech people on the forum can intercede with another line of resolution.

I have to drive for over one hour to my nearest shop plus parking charges.

There must be a better solution.

 

Back on line again and problem solved within 5 minutes at there end.
