Howdy, new here so go easy! if i have a technical question about my S.U.6 who do i ask? is there a technical online chat? (i doubt it, probably a 25p a call line) I have had quite a few problems resolved by a 10 minute chat rather than a 7 - 10 working day return. Cheers.

There is a great deal of information on http://support.vodafone.co.uk/Device-Guides/ if you select the phone in question. Though finding the info you need can be the challenge! Also, there is some discussion of the Smart Ultra 6 on http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Other-manufacturers-OS/bd-p/OtherOS which might cast some light.
