Sure Signal 1 is leaving the building

Hi,

I'm a newbie so please forgive me if this problem has been listed before.

I have a perfect 3G signal with my SS1 and nothing drops out and the signal if perfection.

The downside is when I leave the house for any time, on my return I have to reset the SS to get the 3G back which takes about an hour. (I wasn't timing it but took a very long time to re-establish the 3G signal).

I've got a newish Virgin modem. (The one that lights up the entire street with the blue virgin logo)

Any comments or advise would be warmly appreciated.

Leigh

My sure signal is OK untill I try to make a telephone and then it just drops out.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I've tested my broadband speed and the figures as follows.

Download Speed 8.59 mbps

Upload Speed 4.81 mbps

Ping 12ms

Could this be what is causing me the problem?
