Suresignal - Error adding users...again

Whenever I try to manage my SureSignal I get 

Sorry, there seems to be a problem.

We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2004 - [1d1]

 

Tried clearing cache and using different browsers.

 

Help team eventually managed (3rd attenpt) to re-activate my old Suresignal box but I cannot go through the help team every time I need to make a change. Especially as it takes several attempts.

 

Anyone know the reason?

Hello 2:Seeker.

Sad thing to say ..but.."Welcome to the club"

I first had this problem in December 2013.

The thread 'Sure signal version 1' contains many statements and requests.

It took a stiff letter to Vodafone before a telephone conversation and transfer of required numbers had any success.

It is not comforting for any vodafone subscriber to learn that "...We've got ateam of techs. working hard to get it sorted..."  is still going on after 3 plus years.

"Then Rome was not built in a day!"

Keep badgering.

I go now to witter about a SS v1.
