Hi

Please take a look through these troubleshooting guides.

My-sure-signal-has-stopped-working-what-should-I-do.

And at this one paying particular attention to the 'issue not listed' option in Vodafone Sure Signal Troubleshooting.

Try turning off 4G in the iPhones settings to force them to search out a 3G signal only.

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. Even if lights / power are showing. They are available on eBay for around £10.

From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

Tried phones on 3G only - no use

Tried different power Supply - no use

@greenfg I've resynced your Sure Signal, as I can see it hadn't made a connection with us recently.

Please allow up to 6 hours for the Sure Signal to update and to gain connection.

You'll be able to use Wi-Fi Calling with your iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus.

Activate Wi-Fi calling via going into Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling > Switch on.

Ive waited and tried all this and still not working - cant use wifi calling as plan doesnt allow so hence suresignal is necessary

@greenfg

Your Sure Signal is showing as connecting with our systems 15 June at 20:17.

Are you up and running now?

After 4 weeks of telephone calls and internet chat,  Vodafone is still unable to connect a second vodafone number, which I own, to my suresignal. Many promises to rectify the fault. Has anyone else had this problem and was it fixed.

@greenfg I've performed a factory reset on your Sure Signal to help resolve the issue.

Please allow 6 hours for the device to obtain a connection and to start working again. You'll also need to reset the network settings on both iPhone's via going into Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Kindly let us know if you're still having trouble after this.

@Maggie1234 I've replied on your other thread to avoid any confusion.
