Upgraded mobile -same number- doesn't work with SureSignal model1.

Hi, as title. All other (Sure Signal box registered) numbers are ok - just the owner's that has stopped working.

As the owner I cannot deregister then register my number.  I have tried to move ownership (of the box) to another user (so they can deregister/register my number)  but I got a message "cannot change ownership at this time" message.

Any ideas please? Thanks.
