sure signal disconnected after receiving mistake message, cant reconnect

two weeks sure signal v1 unable to connect since receiving message about being disconnected due to not being used. vodafone have admitted this was a mistake. dont believe for a second VodafoneUK that the issue has been resolved. many many resets waiting hours on end, talking to countless usless staff online, on the phone and in shops.

believe im just being forced into buying a new unit, which you cant even supply!

someone needs to sort this out!

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
