K3570-Z Modem - VMC Dashboard not showing PAYG information

Some K3570-Z Pay As You Go Modems will install with the Mobile Connect Dashboard set up incorrectly. This will result in you being unable to view usage and Top Up information.

To resolve this, simply follow these steps within the Mobile Connect Dashboard:

1.
Click the Advanced button

2.
In the Advanced menu, click the tower icon in the top left hand corner of the screen

3.
Select Options

4.
(a) Select Account Type on the left hand side,
(b) Change the account type to Contract
(c) Press OK

5.
Press OK again to restart the application

6.
When the application restarts, repeat steps 1-5 except in Step 4 (b) change the account type to prepay

7.
All done, your prepay menu options are now available for selection
