Incorrect default on my credit file, based on a closed account

Hello,

 

I was checking my credit report and I seem to have a default from Vodafone for not paying bill on Mobile broadband SIM. This was in 2018. But I had closed the account and settled the bills.

I have a chat history from Vodafone that confirms the closure of the account.

 

Can I talk to someone and get this removed? This is really hurting my credit score.

As there is no account access assistance via this forum @pankajxdx you'll need to contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll investigate and ask their Credit File Specialist Team to look at the default to see if it was warranted or not.
