No signal on mifi

Hi, when I put SIM card to unblocked mifi it shows no signal (red) but shows internet connections in green. When I tried to connect with laptop, phones it doesn't connect. I was even in Vodafone shop and there it was working. I chatted on Vodafone internet with few guys, they didn't know how to help me, then the shop and then today I chatted with another guy from Vodafone, it suppose to work now, but it doesn't. Any advice please?
