how to retain persistent settings

I have a K4511

I would like the settings within the Vodafone Mobile Broadband applicaton v10.2 to remain persistant i.e. when i reboot the computer the settings remain the same. I have found that after rebooting the computer the settings do not remain the same which means continuous configuation changes. 

The specific settings I would like to remain persistent is the Automatic connection with no prompts, within the Always Best Connected option. Can someone explain how this can be done?

Many thanks for your post about the settings not being saved.

I've referred to a colleague on this one and he seems to think that when the settings are changed the computer should save a copy of the config file to the C: drive. He reckons the computer isn't saving the config file and it's causing the settings to reset.

Can you try the modem in an alternative machine to see if the same thing happens?
