1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? Happening wherever I go

Yes tried two phones no signal on either
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
No internet connection Vodafone Network is unavailable
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

6) When did you first notice this issue? 22/02/2017

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permanent no signal at all for past day and a half

Hi,

 

Your local and surrounding masts are not showing at issue. 

 

Trying another phone helpseto rule of an issue with your phone. 

 

Please check in your online myvodafone to ensure no data bars are turned on. 

 

Customer services on 191 or Live Chat can also check your account. 

 

So with this happening everywhere this could be linked to your SIM card. If necessary it can be sim swapped at any Vodafone store.
