I cannot get any signal in my house at all, but when I explain this to Vodafone they just tell me I have to pay £70 for a signal booster. Me and my partner both have the same problem on Vodafone. My Mum and dad had this problem on EE and they sent them out a signal booster for free. I am fed up of vodafones poor

customer service too

We are only able to help if provided with some information, please fill in the network diagnostics template:

Post Title: 'First half of post code - Area' e.g. ST1 – Stoke-on-Trent

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

6) When did you first notice this issue?

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

I have tried yh sim in my partners phone and her sisters and it's no different. I cannot ring or send texts and have to use iMessage coz of the wifi. I have tried it on 2g as well with no difference. I've noticed it since we moved here on the 3rd march but you lot just keep giving me ##~## answers and don't help. My postcode is on my profile

Hi @Kalel2015

Unfortunately all Networks have fringe coverage and not spot areas across the U.K.

Whenever I discuss the topic of a person moving home I do try to suggest to also check out what their mobile signal is going to be like in that area and where they commute and work.

One such resolution is the Sure Signal device Vodafone Customer Services have suggested as it creates a 3G signal in the home once connected to your Home Broadband Wifi.

Another option could be Vodafone Calling Over Wifi if you fulfil the required criteria as set down in this Link > Vodafone wi-fi-calling >

Current Phone  >

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.
