1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? Travelled 13 moms from manchester to hale still not working

No other phone to check with

Says no service won't let me call just bleeps

Yesterday 1.30pm
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permanent

@Jdl12 - I’ve checked the coverage in both areas and you should get good 2G, 3G and 4G.

The local sites are also performing fine.

Please try restarting your phone to see if this helps.

If the problems continue, please let us know if this happens on 2G, 3G, 4G or all – you can check this by changing your phone’s network settings to 2G only, 2G/3G etc.

Also, let us know if this only happens when you’re making a call, or if you’re having problems with texts and data as well.
