Asda mobile support email?

I've ported a number to asda mobile, and it's gone wrong. Asda's contact page says you can email asda.mobile@help.vodaphone.co.uk ,  but this address just bounces. Is there a real one where I can get actual support? I appear only able to call the Indian call centre who just lie to get you off the phone.

Vodafone wouldn't be able help with an ASDA port @climpies 

ASDA Mobile are a MVNO operator using the Vodafone network.  As ASDA are your provider you will need to persevere with them they have their own Customer Service channels, if you Google ASDA Mobile customer services, there will be some information there.

I was hoping as asda publish an incorrect vodaphone email address for support, there was an actual valid one floating around somewhere.

I doubt I can port to someone else while they have messed up porting in

Could try spelling the company name correctly @climpies .

It's  Vodafone.
