I was having a problem with me bill and i was furious that vodafone charged me for the line i had asked them to cancel. So i called vodafone to ask about this bill and a agent named joel answered my call and after that it was all just effortless conversation he solved it for me in no time. I will like thank joel for taking my complain very professionally with a right solution. I never regret being with vodafone its been 3 years and my issues have never been unsolved.
