Can't add new user

Hi there

 

I am trying to add a new user to my SS2 device. It is a number that was ported over to Vodafone on 5 August - so nearly a week ago - but I am repeatedly getting a message "Sorry, we're having a technical probelm at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes. If you keep seeing this message, please contact us through the help centre."

 

Any help appreciated. My SS2 is working fine on my other three numbers.

I’ve just tried to look for your email using your registered email address and can’t find anything.

 

Do you have the reference number from your auto-reply so I can chase this up? It’ll look like #11700000.
