Hello.

Please take a look through these Sure Signal Trouble Shooting threads :

as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal ,as there have been some reports of different power supplies solving the issues. They are available on eBay for around £10. As per information in https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Sure-signal-device-is-DEAD/m-p/2415354/highligh...

To note the Sure Signal Device comes with a 24 month warranty.

Hi there

What version Sure Signal are you using?  If it is a version 1 or version 2 - please try an different power supply as that could be the cause of your issue.

If that doesn't help, please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread.  It has links to the key things you can do to try and resolve the issue you are experiencing

PWIAC

I've switched plugs and reset again, and still no lights. I've looked through truoble shooting link but that all refers to issues where the power light is on, where as I have no lights at all.

Any other suggestions?
