I phone 4s wont pick up sure signal

Hi, my sons I phone 4s has decided it wont pick up the sure signal box, it was fine on there originally, then he went away for a few days and it wont pick it up and despite re setting the box, re registering the phones etc it wont work. The box is fine with my blackberry and the daughters samsung,

Resolved now, dopey git turned off the 3G
