Power light flashing, user light orange.

Rang 191 and the lady said she'd reset it and it'd work in an hour but no dice several hours later. Any ideas? It was working well for weeks but now no good.

I have a v3 suresignal - there is no power cable.

The lights did not all come back on, just the red power light.When I released he reset button I got the same lights as before. Red power light flashing, solidorange use light.

It was working fine before I went on holiday.

Please make sure you have the correct ports open as well as trying a different Ethernet cable.

Why would it be a port issue if I haven't changed anything with my modem? Has the suresignal tried to access the network? I have checked my hubs management and it recognises that a device is accessing the ethernet. I am still getting the flashing red power light and solid orange light to the far right of the device. I have reset my hub to factory settings also with no result.
