So ive spent 4 hours on and off today on this one. Tech phone support checked settings and referred me back to BT to sort out my port forwarding. I got a script from vodafone but BT are saying they dont get involved in this. SO hepful....
Ive googled what to do, as the vodafone script was poor, and have now added and enabled the port fowards to my BT Home Hub 3. I dont know how to enable them for TCP and UDP? Help.... And how do you assign a static IP address that is related to the MAC address thats on the sure signal. Also internet protocls connection PPPoA - ##~##? I dont work in IT....
Really struggling nhere and getting a little p&ssed off 😞
Any help appreciated

Mine has also stopped working as of some time last night. Power LED steady, second flashing which looks as though it has lost connection to Vodafone - AGAIN! Beyond powering off and on, if there is anything that I have learned with Vodafone is that (a) they never admit a fault and (b) if your SS was working and nothing has changed at your end, nothing in the "Troubleshooting" will make a worthwhile change except you will have wasted time.
UPDATE: After powering it off, waiting 30 seconds and powering it back on, the SS has come back up. According to my systems, there was an "external outage" some time last night, so it is possible that the Vodafone server went up and down in short order.
