Sure Signal Failure

Apparently similar to a number of users, my sure signal 3 stopped working last week. Red flashing power light, 2 solid orange lights. I don't understand the port forwarding jargon, all I know is that it cost a lot of money and has suddenly stopped working. It's connected to a Virginmedia router and was fine up until last week. I run my business from home and desperately need this problem resolving. Can Vodafone offer any explanations for the sudden failure and more importantly can they please fix it? If not I will have to move to a new network.

Many thanks for the advice. The problem has suddenly rectified itself - I'm assuming due to Vodafone engineers sorting the compatibility issues. Many thanks for the help!
