Sure signal never worked with iphone 4s

Hi, since changing to an iphone some time ago my sure signal has never worked.  As the signal in my house has got worse, I decided to try and get it up and running.  When I changed phones my sim was changed to a smaller sim.  I have deregistered and reregistered sure signal box and tried all the troubleshooting to no avail.  It is a sure signal one with four lights on the front of which 1, 2 & 4 are lit.  My phone can and does receive 3g signal elsewhere.  The issue is the same for my husbands phone which was also changed at the same time.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

Hi madammim,

Thanks for your post and for the additional information.

Everything looks fine on the registration however, there are two things that come to mind when checking the details.

  1. Does the 3rd number on the registration work OK?
  2. Are you affected by the BT infinity and Sure Signal issue that we are investigating?

Can you confirm which Home Hub you are using and if the 3rd number on the Sure Signal works without any issues?

James

Hi James

The third number does not get a good signal either.

We do not have infinity so that is not the problem.

The sure signal is connected to a BT home hub 2.

Thanks.

Hi madammim,

Thanks for getting back to us.

The next step is to try this on another connection (a friend or family members for example).

You’ll need to test this on any connection that’s not using a Home Hub.

Let us know how you get on. :Smiling:

Thanks,

Jenny
