Sure signal phone light is not lit.

My sure signal 1 phone light is not lit and hasn't been for a week or so, so I'm struggling for signal. I've deregistered and hard reset it, please help coz I can't use my phone properly.

Thank you for your quick reply, but I have done all that as I've been trying to get it working for past two weeks, even tried on live chat and to no avail after 2 hrs of being messed around.
It's happened before and all they did was resync at their end and it was back working.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
