Suresignal V1 All lights correct but no signal

Following a power cut (about two hours)my SS will not connect to any phones.All lights correct. I checked the forums and did the following.

I reset the SS, no change.  I un powered both the SS and my BT router.  Repowered the router, fine. Repowered the SS, get lights 1 2 and 4 constant but still no connection to any phone.  

 

Tried this way of reseting that I found on the forum.

 

If they are, can you do a factory reset for me:-

 

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove both the Ethernet cable and power lead
  • Re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights display, release the reset button
  • When the Sure Signal is back online (around 5 minutes), re-insert the Ethernet cable.

The reset will also download the latest version of the firmware to your device.

 

 

Started typing this question whilst doing the last rest. Now,  ALL FINE!!!!!  Working OK.

 

Thought I would leave this anyway as the above reset was on an old post and only found after a long time of looking!
