de-register suresignal

Hi,

I need to de resgister a sure signal box that is registered to my MD. he cant remember login etc so need to move to my account to manage.

S/N is 40123628394

phone number registered on it should be (removed for security)

Hello timives

Due to all the data protection regulations and security, you are going to have to ask your MD to contact Vodafone to deregister the Sure Signal.

Even if he cannot remember his log in, as long as he passes DPA, Vodafone will be able to locate the account.

No chance of that, that is why he is MD to have me do things like that.

it is owned by the company and i deal with it. i probably set up his account about 2 years ago.

i will be able to answer all security questions

The person who the Sure Signal is registered to is the only person who can deregister it. 

Please ask the owner to email us and we'll get this sorted.
