Got a sure signal a few month's ago, and really struggled to maintain any form of stable signal or connection. Note a collegue got one at the same time and suffers same problems. with needing to reset. checked some the forum posts and troubleshooting can't see anythign obvious.
After inital setup it connected and worked great, but every 2 or 3 days the connection goes and just get orrange lights flashing.
I reboot the sure signal and it connects back and the correct white lights appear and it works as it should again till the next reboot is needed in a couple days.
it is a v3 model with passthrough plug, although i dont use the pass through on it.

Thanks for providing your Traceroute, everything looks ok. Your IP address is on our whitelist. Your speed test and ping test seem fine.
To make sure it's up to date on our network I’ve given the SS a re sync from our end, can factory reset to complete the process?
Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.

have reset as suggested will monitor and let you know, normally a couple of days it locks up so time will tell 😉

Just came home to find it was disconnected again , reboot later and all lights and everything working again ;-(
