Erased ESim data now can't log in to App and chat advisor not helping.

Can someone help please?

I was resetting my phone and i accidentally deleted the ESim data and now i can't log into My Vodaphone to fix it and i have also tried speaking with the online advisor and i cannot access without that number.

Ah, I can see how that can be a very frustrating problem.

Due to security reasons Vodafone will not just pass out information without verifying identity, however if you contact the Vodafone customer support number 0333 304 0191 they should be able to do this over the phone and guide you on how to recover/reactivate your e-Sim.

Alternatively you could call into your local Vodafone store and they should be able to help you there and then.
