I need to have a stolen phone blacklisted for insurance purposes

I'm sorry to hear you've had your phone stolen @cmnutt 

As long as the phone was used recently on their network then Vodafone can imei block / blacklist the phone.

And or phone Vodafone customer services. 

Unfortunately there is no access to accounts on the forum. 

The Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook or X (twitter ) also have account access. 

Also change any sensitive passwords such as online banking etc. 

When Vodafone send you a new sim card you may need to speak to customer services to have the sim block removed.
