Hello, I've been an android user for years but I'm wanting to try iphone just to mix it up. My only worry is if I hate it. I'm trading in my current handset and getting an iPhone. I've seen that I have a 14 day return policy. Would it be as simple as if I don't like I I can exhange and go back to a samsung and keep my original trade in off my airtime plan https://routerlogin.uno/?

Hi @stacy36 you get 14 days of your new airtime starting, to return your current phone back to us (as part of the Trade-in). So worst case if you don't like the new phone, you could go through our exchange process for a different make and model. The agent you talk to would go through the options which would still be available for Trade-in 😊
