To unlock the phone the original owner needs to complete this unlocking form: https://www.vodafone.co.uk/vodafone-uk/forms/unlock-code-request/index.htm

Remember thet Vodaone will not unlock the phone unless you are the original owner.

I have bought an iphone 5s in Uk, but it is sim locked. I have a vodafone it contract, how can i do to unlock the phone? Is it possible? Otherwise I have to return the handset. Please help me

The answer is tha same as the answer to to other 5,000+  same questions on the forums.
Unless  you can find the original owner and ask them to contact Vodafone to unlock the phone you can't get it unlocked.
