New phone, same SIM/number not connecting to sure signal box

My wife and I have used a sure signal box (version 1) for over 3 years without many problems. She's recently changed phone but is still using the same SIM and number but the phone won't connect to the box (ie no signal at home). The box is working as my phone is connecting fine. I've tried to connect online to the sure signal user page on Vodafone but there doesn't appear to be one! I can log into my Vodafone but there's no obvious or easy way to find the page and when I find something in trouble shooting the link appears to be old. Anyone help please as my wife can't use her phone!! Thanks

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
