Hi, my Sure Signal 3 stopped working about a week ago and I have been unable to fix it following the trouble shooting guide after a number of resets. The power light is flashing, the in service light is solid orange and the internet and in use lights are off. The Sure Signal has a working connection to the router. Any suggestions? Thanks, Duncan

I have tried a different ethernet cable and get the same fault 😞

That's not a UK registered IP address.You'll need to contact your Internet service provider to get this changed, as long as they're registered to the UK.
@sweet_lfa - The next step would be a repair.

Can I ask how much this is likely to cost? I don't want to be stung for a huge bill 😕

If your Sure Signal is still under warranty the repair wouldn't cost you anything.
If the device is outside the 12 warranty this would depend on the fault.
