Sure signal deregister

Hi,

Ive had my contract ported to EE, but i want to be able to reregister my sure signal to my partners vodafone account.

As I am no longer with Vodafone, my account has been disabled, so i need to get the sure signal deregistered?

Only the original account holder can request the deregistration of the Sure Signal.

I should explain more from my last post....

I have been given a Sure signal box, but the person who gave it to me cannot tell me if it was registred or not.  If I can de-register it I want to get a vodafone phone and regiaster it in my name,  if I can't then I won't get one.  Is there any way to solve this

If the Sure Signal hasn’t been de- registered by the original owner, only they can request this.

I have a Sure Signal that I want to sell, and I believe I have already de-resgistered it - but I would Like to check this.

Unfortunately my Vodafone account is no longer active - could you help me with this ?
