unlock iphone 5c in other country

Hi! I bought via the Internet in Poland iphone 5c, the ability to verify it was not. The phone is locked by the operator vodafone uk. Can I unblock it in any way for using with my Poland SIM?

No you can't im afraid. 

Vodafone cannot unlock it for you until you meet the criteri  set out in the Nuc Unlocking Link found on the Right Hand side of the forum page under Quick Links and Apple would not engagd with you in regards to unlocking a Network locked iphone. 

Your options are -

• Ask the original owner to request its unlock. 
• Send it to someone you know in the UK and they use a Vodafone payg sim card in the iPhone for 30 days making calls etc and then use the new Payg details to request its unlock and send you the iPhone back. 
• See if a shop where you are advertises unlocking. 
• Sell it on and use the money to buy another phone that will accept your sim card.
