I use Gigacube 5G with an unlimited amount of data, yesterday the router rebooted by itself, which is not uncommon during use, it often rebooted successfully by itself, but today after rebooting, only the "power" button on the power button lit up and stopped responding to the reset button, they tried to turn it off and on, it also didn’t help, the next day, that is, today they came to the vodafone store, explaining the reason, they told us that there was no firmware on the router and asked for 100 euros for repairs and threatened with a fine if we didn’t fix the problem. I would like to know if someone has encountered this and is it normal that, due to a malfunction of the router, they also asked us for an insane amount of money?
