I feel I am being over charged

I cancelled my mobile broadband on 7th March, with I believe 30 days notice. However I am being charged a full month for the period 5th April to 4th May.  This is ridiculous.

Hello @MAGICMUMBY 👋 It's a shame to hear you're leaving us!

If you requested cancellation on 7 March your service would be due to cancel today, 6 April (provided your new provider hadn't requested to take over the line before this). Your bills are always billed a month in advance - this means that if your bill was produced on 5 April, it's prior to the cancellation happening, which is why it's showing the full month.

If you don't have any other services with us, your final bill will be a credit for the line rental between 6 April and 4 May - this bill will be generated within 22 days of your services cancelling and will be automatically refunded back via your registered payment details.

If you do still have a mobile service with us, the credit will simply be applied to your next bill 🙂 You can see more information on this here

Just let me know if have any further questions.
