I have found a default on my credit file for failed payments to Vodafone since July 2020.  I have No Account, No Reference, No Emails, No DD agreements, No Credit Agreement.  So have no idea why Vodafone have been entering a default against me each month.  I have checked with my bank, there is NO DD mandate registered and no actual payments attempted.  This has seriously damaged my credit rating.  Trying to speak to a human is impossible, and TOBi does not have a clue!!!

Hi @Kimbo647

I would suggest to speak with experian who can look into this and if relevant add a notice of correction while this is investigated.

The Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM can help as they have a credit file team.

Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

I wish you all the best.

I am wondering if there has been some fraud in your name @Kimbo647 . You can raise a fraud report here https://www.vodafone.co.uk/privacy/protecting-you/reporting-suspected-fraud
