Porting from Virgin to Vodafone Failed

I was ported from Virgin to Vodafone (on closure of Virgin) in Nov 2023, and since then I have not been able to receive SMS messages other than vodafone to vodafone numbers. The more important problem as a disabled person is that I cannot receive One Time Passwords to the number which as everyone will appreciate is the primary login methodology for hosted software services. 

The porting team at Vodafone say multiple times that Virgin is at fault for not sending over all or the correct files and Vodafone promise to  co-ordinate a fix it within 72 hours but despite five formal requests for fix latest promise not worked and still no services. 

If vodafone customer services can take ownership for a resolution before I go to OFCOM arbitration and action via protection offered by the DD Act.

I can appreciate how frustrating this would be for you. 

It would be the Communications Ombudsman you would need to approach @joesture 

However ask the Vodafone Social Media Teams to help as a last ditched attempt to get this resolved.
