The NUC I received doesnt unlock the device, it just says unsuccessful.
I see on another post it says I may need a mastercode / unfreeze code.
Having had a stroke recently, my speech isn't great so calling is out. Unfortunately trying to get through to someone on chat is harder than usual due to the COVID virus.
Is there any other way I can get it?

Yes @DaveF2020 please use the Vodafone Social Media Teams and they'll look at giving you the MCK Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code.
