Continuing poor signal

We have many manyconversations about my poor signal so that we are weary of it all Could you please send me a new signal box as that is the only thing we haven't tried Mind you , speaking to a friend who lives near and who has been having conversations with you for 18 months , she just found out her sim was not registered and that was why her signalwaspoor

Hi there

If you are experiencing network issues, the first thing to do is go through the steps in the Network Troubleshooting Guide.
