Power Light on - Internet Light continuously flashing slowly

The Red Power Light is solid but the Internet light continues to flash slowly.

I ahve looked on the other parts fo the forum and it seems with the following information somneone from Vodafone can help:

Thanks for your post.

Looking at that serial number, it's not been registered yet. That's why it's not working!

Do you have an online account? If not, you can register here.

Once registered, navigate to 'My Sure Signal' and set up the VSS.
