Hi

 

Since changing the upgradng my phone and new sims it will not connect to my SS.  .  I have tried a factory reset to no avail.

 

Please would you re-sync it.21224318838

You'll need to deregister your Sure Signal through My Vodafone

 

Please leave it for a few hours before re-registering. This should resolve the issue for you.
