Sure signal support needed

My Sure Signal was working for a month until a couple of days ago. Now it has a steady power light and is connecting to my router - ie LAN lights flashing - but there are no other lights despite pressing reset button etc several times. I have enquired with my ISP (Click4internet) and they tell me that he issue is with Vodafone blocking certain ISPs.

Can you please confirm is the ISP is blocked or suggest other troubleshooting techniques to get the Sure Signal working again. The details a here:

Sure Signal serial number: 21227737372

The Sure Signal is in my wife's name and is registered to the correct postcode.

Hi Cloudspotter,

Thanks for posting. I've just checked the ISP and that's matched in range so it's not blocked.  

Your Sure Signal hasn't connected with us since the 28th July.

Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?
