SureSignal V3 - No Signal

Hi,

 

I've had this VSS for many months and all was fine with our three registered phones until the owner's phone (iPhone 4s with latest OS patches) stopped picking up 3G signal a couple of months back. I've recently de-registered the VSS and registered it to another account but I could not get the iPhone to pick up the VSS signal.

 

I've now de-registered and re-registered the VSS to the iPhone owner's account (as it was originally registed and worked for quite some time) and it is showing as Active. 

 

The VSS has the "Power Light", the "Internet Light" and the "In Service" on solid and the "In Use" light is off.

The VSS serial is: 40134710983, please can you help?
