Suresignal not working

A month ago you managed to fix my sure signal which stopped working while I was on holiday. Now it has stopped working again: I have lights 1,2 and 4 fully lit. A tech over the phone yesterday re-synced it, but it made no difference.

Hi Keithrow, 

 

The Sure Signal connected with our servers this morning so that seems fine. 

 

Can you let me know what lights are displayed on this one?

I’ve asked for the latest firmware to be manually pushed to your Sure Signal to see if this resolves everything for you.

Hi got a SS3. Current position re lights is all lights working fine but the user light is on although no one actually calling on 3G. All three phones on in house are registered but cannot access 3G. Tried short and long resets and following all resart options in manual and on support site. Tried unplugging device and ethernet etc. Moving device etc. . If it has worked it has only worked for a few hours. Use my phone as my business number and need it to be robust.

 

Feeling pretty negative about the SureSignal if frank.

Hi,

 

I have 3 phones on Vodaphone (1 personal and 2 business). None of them work! As soon as we receive a call it is dropped. Our business is run over the phone and we are loosing business by the hour. We have tried 3 sure signal boxes and none of these have fixed the problem. When we can make a call the line is also really bad and people cannot hear us. We have done reset after reset, new sims etc etc. Please can you look into my account before replying as this has been going on for 2 months now. Also, you will probably be unable to call to discuss the problem as none of my phones work!

I’ve found your serial number on your other post here.

 

It shows your Sure Signal hasn’t connected to our servers since 15 October.

 

It’s unusual that three Sure Signals won’t work at your location, and does suggest there may be something else causing the issue.

 

Have there been any changes to your current set up since 15 October which coincide with the unit no longer working?

 

If not, we’ll need a little more information from you so can you provide the following please:-

 

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
