Suresignal not working

A month ago you managed to fix my sure signal which stopped working while I was on holiday. Now it has stopped working again: I have lights 1,2 and 4 fully lit. A tech over the phone yesterday re-synced it, but it made no difference.

The Sure Signal connected with our servers this morning so that seems fine. 

 

Can you let me know what lights are displayed on this one?

Hi,

 

I've not had my suresignal (1?) working on my BT home hub 3/Infinity for some time and have just started to troubleshoot. I've now got all ports open as requested etc. Currently the suresignal has lights 1,2 and 4 solidly lit but is not providing 3g to the registered phones.

 

Can you send my suresignal the latest firmware and re-sync in the hope this kicks it back into life ?

 

My suresignal serial number is 21223489994

Hi turnemc,

 

Follows these steps to reset the Sure Signal. This should install the latest firmware version as well for you:

 

  • Unplug the ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
  • Once all lights display release the reset button.
  • Plug the cable back in
  • Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.
