Suresignal not working

Keithrow
4: Newbie

A month ago you managed to fix my sure signal which stopped working while I was on holiday. Now it has stopped working again: I have lights 1,2 and 4 fully lit. A tech over the phone yesterday re-synced it, but it made no difference.

Hi Keithrow,

The Sure Signal connected with our servers this morning so that seems fine.

Can you let me know what lights are displayed on this one?

I have changed the Suresignal for another unit and registered it on here. Still not working, so not a hardware problem,

Hi Keithrow,

If the new Sure Signal isn’t working it’d suggest a setup or configuration issue.

Can you let me know the new serial number so I can check the registration?

serial no. 253112320

Hi molson1174,

Can you double check the serial number as it’s not recognised by the system?

James

Hi,

Sorry was looking at wrong number.

Correct Serial No. is 21197051176.

Suresignal stopped working after power cut, attempted reset and spoke to tech over phone who did resync but still not working.

Lights 1, 2 and 4 are solid.
